CRM SIEBEL
Context & Objective
As part of the Siebel production team, the priority is to support the core business of our partner, analysing and supporting all applications and systems that interact with Siebel (legacy systems), while maintaining the entire Siebel CRM technological structure.
Activities performed:
- Updating of the Siebel system (corrective or progressive releases).
- Monitoring the technical requirements with the client and development team.
- Performance analysis: identification and correction of slow queries with the DBA team and resolving technical issues found during the development.
- Testing new resources and new implementations.
- Maintenance and management of about 45 system servers.
- Integration with TIBCO.
- Managing the implemented reports (statistics, bugs, among others).
