CONTEXT & OBJECTIVE

The project to extend the quay, 15m high and 270m long, was complex and challenging. The warehouse area was renovated and expanded to receive additional volumes and support the growth of the country and of the sub-region.

Following completion of the first phase of infrastructure work, new information systems were implemented, with the team playing a key role.

INTERVENTION WORK

• We contributed to the improvement of the centralised order management tool.
• Organisation of the operational life of the department.
• Direct management of project controls.
