What are we looking for?

• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in IT Project Management specifically within the banking sector.

• Technical & Functional Leadership: Proven track record managing IT projects, providing functional directionin terms of communication and coordination. You should possess cross-functional technical knowledge(microservices development, API communication, external integrations, systems, etc.) to drive the project lifecycle effectively.

• Banking Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of banking products and their IT development (mortgages, insurance, payments, risk, etc.), as well as the impact of relevant regulations.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

• Location: Residing in Euskadi (Basque Country) or Córdoba is required.

• Flexibility: Occasional office attendance will be highly valued to manage departmental relationships and team coordination in person.

• Salary Range: €50,000 – €60,000
