What are we looking for?

We want us to join someone to our business development team who will perform business development functions with a main focus on IT. This is a 360º position, and the duties will include: prospecting for new clients, opening, managing, and maintaining new accounts, identifying client needs in order to offer customized solutions, and conducting selection processes (interviews, screening, etc.) with IT professionals.

Requierements: 

• Degrees in engineering, business administration, commerce, or similar
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Keen interest in the world of sales and business
• Proactivity and interest in challenges
• Ability to work towards goals
• And most important: you must be genuinely motivated by a career change!
