What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow, specifically in architecture or technical leadership roles.

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent demonstrable level of expertise.

• Strong experience in architectural design, platform governance, and ServiceNow best practices.

• Expertise in integrations, automation, and core data management.

• Supervision of development cycles, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability.

• Experience managing complex incidents and liaising with Now Support.

• Fluent English (Essential).

• Work Model: Hybrid – Madrid (On-site presence as required by the project).
